The FDIC deposit insurance temporarily increased from $100,000 to $250,000 per depositor through December 31, 2013.

Under that program, through December 31, 2009, all noninterest-bearing transaction accounts are fully guaranteed by the FDIC for the entire amount in the account. Coverage under the Transaction Account Guarantee Program is in addition to and separate from the coverage available under the FDIC's general deposit insurance rules.

blueharbor bank has become aware of counterfeit official checks which have been mailed as part of a check cashing scheme.  These fraudulent official checks bearing our logo and a fictitious toll free number with account number 068902 are not from blueharbor bank and should not be presented for collection.  Please feel free to contact us if you have any further questions.
