Mr. Marshall is a graduate of Campbell University where he received a Bachelor of Science in Business and a certification in Trust Management. He is also a graduate of the Louisiana State University School of Banking. His whole banking career has been in North Carolina where he started with First Citizens Bank based in Raleigh. While there he served in a variety of positions including Area Vice President and Senior Vice President. He joined The Community Bank in Pilot Mountain in 1998 where he was the Branch Administrator and the Chief Credit Officer. He later spent some time with Catawba Valley Bank in Hickory and served as its President and Chief Executive Officer. He was instrumental in the formation of blueharbor bank in 2008 as its founder. He has long been active in a variety of civic and charitable causes including three time chairman of the Iredell County Economic Board, two time chairman of the Mooresville, South Iredell Chamber of Commerce, board and executive committee member North Carolina Bankers Association, Iredell Memorial Hospital trustee and foundation board.

Mr. Flowe is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Charlotte where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration. He is also a graduate of Duke University where he earned a Masters in Business Administration. Mr. Flowe started his career at BB&T in Wilson and Gastonia and has served in multiple roles in regional and community banks including Chief Risk Officer, Commercial Banking Group Manager and Area Executive. He is the past Chair of FeedNC, coached youth soccer and basketball for 11 years and attends Storyhill Church in Davidson.

Mrs. Huffman is a graduate of Lenoir Rhyne University where she received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Finance. She is also a graduate of the North Carolina School of Banking. Mrs. Huffman has worked in the banking industry for over 20 years and most recently served as Vice President and Controller at Carolina Trust Bank in Lincolnton, NC. She currently serves on the board and Allocations Committee of the United Way of Lincoln County and serves as the Finance Committee Chair at Pearl Baptist Church in Iron Station, NC.

Mooresville
Mr. Nichols is a graduate of the University of North Carolina-Charlotte with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration-Finance. He holds degrees from the Virginia Bankers School of Bank Management and the Graduate School of Banking at LSU. He has worked in the banking industry for over 30 years with over 25 years in Commercial Banking. Prior to joining blueharbor bank he worked as Vice President/Commercial Loan Officer with Surrey Bank & Trust of Mt Airy, NC.
He has served on the Boards of Directors of Mooresville South Iredell Chamber of Commerce, United Way of Iredell County and The Dale Jr Foundation. He is a member of Rotary International since 1996.

Mooresville
Mr. Huffman has worked in the Mooresville and Statesville communities since 1974. He began his career with Carolina First National Bank in downtown Mooresville which was later acquired by NCNB. He has also held positions as branch manager or commercial lender with other local banks including Lincoln Bank and Yadkin Bank. His most recent position was as Vice President & Commercial Lender with Yadkin Bank in Statesville. Mr. Huffman has been involved with the Mooresville South Iredell Chamber of Commerce serving on its board of directors and as Treasurer of the organization for several years. He has also served on the boards of the SICDC, the Exchange Club, Mooresville Crimestoppers, Mooresville Christmas Parade Committee and was a member of the Mooresville Civitan and Rotary Clubs. He and his wife are members of Mooresville’s First Baptist Church where he has held the position of Chairman of the Stewardship Committee. Mr. Huffman attended UNC Wilmington prior to spending 3 ½ years with the US Army on active duty overseas. He has completed a number of banking courses at ECU that were offered by RMA and the NCBA School of Banking as well as banking courses offered by CRM.

Mr. Hunnicutt has spent his numerous years in banking serving the Mooresville / Lake Norman community. With a focus on relationships, he has held positions from Branch Management to Commercial Lending and Business Banking. Prior to joining blueharbor bank, Mr. Hunnicutt was Vice President of Business Banking with Park Sterling, formerly Citizens South Bank. Actively involved in the Lake community he is a charter member of Top of the Lake Mooresville Rotary Club, serves on the Board of the Sharon White Foundation and is Chair of the American Cancer Society’s Mooresville Lake Norman Relay for Life. Mr. Hunnicutt attended Georgia Southern University majoring in Journalism and is a graduate of the North Carolina Bankers Association School of Banking.

Mr. Hunt is a graduate of North Carolina State University’s Poole College of Management where he received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance. During his time at NC State, Mr. Hunt served as the marketing officer for the cycling club. After graduating, he learned the ropes of commercial real estate during his time working in commercial real estate appraisal, and now focuses his efforts on commercial lending. Mr. Hunt is an active member of the local community and is heavily involved in motorsports both on-track and as an official.

Mrs. Troutman is Vice President Mortgage and Consumer Lender covering all lending markets for the bank. She has over 20 years of financing and banking experience helping financially active individuals and business owners with mortgage and other real estate financing needs. Mrs. Troutman began her career with First Citizens Bank & Trust Company covering Iredell, Catawba, and Alexander counties primarily. Prior to blueharbor bank, she served the Mooresville community as Vice President Financial Sales & Service Manager for almost 15 years.
She has served her community as a Hospice Volunteer and has participated in several public speaking events. She is currently active in the Mooresville-South Iredell Chamber of Commerce, Mooresville-South Iredell Professional Women’s Network, and previously served on the Advisory Board for Career Mastered North Carolina Women’s Conference.
Mrs. Troutman has completed several banking courses with Capstone Institute, NC Banker’s Association and other Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac mortgage training. She is currently attending Louisiana State University School of Banking.

Statesville
Mrs. Colvard is a Mortgage Originator covering the Statesville and Troutman markets. She has over 40 years of Mortgage Banking Experience in FHA/VA/USDA and Conventional Lending. Mrs. Colvard began her career with Chase Manhattan Bank in the Philadelphia area. Mrs. Colvard moved to Statesville, NC in 1998 and was employed with a community bank for 20 years and in 2018 joined us at blueharbor bank. Mrs. Colvard was the President of the Children’s Homes of Iredell County for two years and sat on the Board for 10 years. Mrs. Colvard has been voted Best of Statesville/Mortgage Originator for 11 years running.

Mr. Kincaid is a graduate of East Carolina University. He is also a graduate of the Louisiana State University School of Banking. Kincaid began his banking career with BB&T in Eastern North Carolina prior to returning home to Statesville with First Citizens Bank working in retail, small business, and commercial underwriting. Mr. Kincaid developed a true appreciation for community banking while serving as a Commercial Lender with Yadkin Bank. Mr. Kincaid volunteers his time serving on the board of various local civic and nonprofit organizations including the United Way of Iredell County and Friends of Fort Dobbs.

Ms. Riddle is a graduate of King’s College where she earned an associate degree in business administration. She has worked in the Statesville Banking Community since 1986. Her career began with Bank of Iredell in downtown Statesville which was later acquired by BB&T. Her most recent position was Assistant Vice President of First National Bank where she served for 25 years. Ms. Riddle has a true loyalty to Statesville and Iredell County and appreciates the ability to serve the community. Ms. Riddle volunteers her time serving on the board of various local nonprofit and civic organizations including The Energy United Foundation Board and The Salvation Army.

Mr. Quarles is a graduate of Wofford College; the RMA’s Commercial Lending School and the North Carolina Bankers Association Advance Management School of Banking. He began his banking career with BB&T and has achieved over 30 years’ experience in retail /commercial banking. Mr. Quarles serves as a commercial loan officer and Area President for Gaston County. He is an active member in his community and church. He serves as an Elder of Gaston Community Church. Mr. Quarles was a former State Chairman of Ducks Unlimited; 2-time President of the Gaston Breakfast Rotary Club; Past President of the Salvation Army, Past Chairman of the Montcross Area Chamber of Commerce and is recipient of the Boys Scouts of America highest council level’s distinguished service award to youth, the Silver Beaver Award.

Mr. McIntyre is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science. He has worked in retail, small business, and commercial banking in various markets in North Carolina and has most recently served as Executive Vice President and Chief Banking Officer of Sound Bank in Morehead City, North Carolina. Mr. McIntyre has volunteered his time with many civic and professional organizations and has served in leadership positions with the Carteret County Chamber of Commerce, the Carteret County Community Foundation, the Dunes Club, Inc. as well as the Morehead City Country Club.

Mr. Jackson is a graduate of Lenoir-Rhyne University, in Hickory North Carolina receiving a Business Administration Degree and Hargrave Military Academy, Chatham Virginia. Mr. Jackson began his banking career with First Savings Bank in Hickory, North Carolina as a Branch Manager & Mortgage Lender then moved to First Citizens Bank working in retail, small business, and commercial lending area as a Market President of Alexander County. Prior to joining blueharbor bank, Mr. Jackson was a commercial lender for Community One Bank and First Community Bank serving as a Commercial Banking Manager for over 16 years. Mr. Jackson has a true appreciation and understanding for community banking. Mr. Jackson currently serves on the Alexander County EDC Board.

Mrs. Johnson is a graduate of Radford University where she received a BS in Business Administration with a major in Accounting. She has over 28 years of banking experience in Deposit Operations, Finance, Compliance, IT and BSA. Previously she was with Southern Community Bank and Trust in Winston-Salem, NC and The Community Bank in Pilot Mountain, NC.

Mr. Larson is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Charlotte where he received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting. Mr. Larson comes to the bank with 16 years of finance and accounting experience. Mr. Larson’s prior roles included serving as an Audit Manager with the public accounting firm KPMG LLP, as well as holding different finance management positions at several financial institutions. Mr. Larson most recently served as CFO at Carolina Commerce Bank in Gastonia, NC.
